• Delivery addresses and location coordinates that you provide or choose to obtain from your device.
• Orders, cart items, delivery instructions, ratings, comments, and review photos.
• Device notification tokens used to deliver order updates.
• Technical information needed to operate, secure, and troubleshoot the service.

How we use information

We use this information to provide accounts, process and deliver orders, select nearby stores, provide customer support, send order notifications, prevent misuse, and improve the service.

Camera, photos, and location

Camera and photo access is used only when you choose to attach a photo to a rating. Location access is used while the app is in use to help select an accurate delivery address and nearby store. You may instead enter an address manually.

Sharing and service providers

Information is shared only as needed with the store and delivery personnel fulfilling your order and with service providers that operate the app, including Supabase, Firebase, Google Maps, and mapping or geocoding services. We do not sell personal information.

Storage and security

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards. Information is retained while needed to provide the service, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, and protect the service.

Your choices

You can deny optional camera, photo, location, or notification permissions in device settings. You can update supported account information in the app and contact support regarding your information.

Children

The service is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.

Changes and contact

We may update this policy as the service changes. The effective date above identifies the latest version. For privacy questions, use Contact Support in the mobile app.
